Do you bring functional SME-level knowledge across Oracle ERP modules (P2P, R2R, OTC, FA) and the ability to support, configure, and enhance enterprise-level ERP environments?
We are seeking three(3) dedicated professionals to provide Oracle EBS functional support and drive continuous improvement across business-critical ERP services.

Contract Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Contract Duration: 12 months
About the Role:
As a Business Analyst – ERP Specialist Support, you will act as a functional SME on Oracle EBS, engaging with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to support and enhance key ERP functionalities. You will manage service requests, troubleshoot issues, improve service delivery efficiency, and contribute to internal knowledge transfer initiatives.
This is a hands-on functional support role with strategic influence, contributing to both day-to-day operations and the long-term effectiveness of Oracle ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as functional expert for Oracle EBS modules including P2P, R2R, OTC, and FA
Maintain service levels in ticket remediation and service request execution
Engage effectively with end users, technical teams, and external vendors
Manage ERP support tickets from initiation through to resolution
Create and validate Oracle EBS functional and configuration requirements
Participate in training initiatives related to Oracle EBS functionality
Identify and implement quality improvement initiatives
Collaborate with IT stakeholders to define technical and functional solutions
Provide pre-deployment review for configuration, code, and security
Contribute to centralizing data across ERP systems to enhance data flow
Mandatory Experience & Skills:
4 to 6 years’ experience in a functional ERP Business Analyst role focused on Oracle EBS
Expertise in Oracle EBS modules (P2P, R2R, OTC, FA) and reporting capabilities
Strong capability in analyzing and documenting functional requirements
Proven experience resolving issues collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills
Demonstrated ability to manage service levels and support tickets in enterprise environments
Availability to commence services in Q4 2025
Mandatory Educational / Professional Requirements:
Relevant Level 8 Third-Level qualification
Certification in Oracle EBS (or equivalent)
Fluency in English
If not a native English speaker, candidates must have a CEFR C2 certificate (or equivalent), or demonstrate fluency to be verified if shortlisted
