Test Analyst / Team Lead – Senior (x3 Roles Available)

Three experienced professionals are sought to take on a senior-level role leading and executing functional and user acceptance testing within a high-impact environment.
Location: Dublin 2
Work Model: Hybrid (onsite and remote as required)
Start Date: 1st July 2025
Contract Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Contract Duration: 24 months (with two optional 12-month extensions)
As a Senior Test Analyst / Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and executing system and user acceptance testing across mission-critical applications. The role demands a detail-focused, results-driven professional with extensive hands-on testing experience, proven leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with both technical and business teams.
You will work closely with the Project Manager, development teams, and end users to validate software quality, identify defects, and ensure delivery standards are met.
Lead and perform system and user acceptance testing for functional and business processes
Create, maintain, and execute test cases, scenarios, and regression scripts
Define and manage test data and environments
Identify and log software defects; collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution
Provide test metrics, documentation, and status reporting to management
Support testing of parallel systems and validate results against existing platforms
Coordinate ad-hoc testing priorities and tasks within the team
Guide and mentor junior analysts, enabling knowledge transfer and capability uplift
Deliver structured reporting of test results on a weekly and quarterly basis
Ensure testing documentation is maintained and up-to-date
Minimum 7 years’ professional experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a senior test analyst or team lead role
Hands-on expertise in both system and user acceptance testing in large-scale environments
Experience developing and executing structured test cases and managing defect tracking
Demonstrated leadership in test planning, execution, and team coordination
Proven ability to work across technical and business teams to ensure high-quality delivery
Must be available to commence services by 1st July 2025
Educational/Professional Requirements (any one of the following):
Level 8 honours degree in a relevant computing discipline + 6 years recent, relevant ICT experience
Or
Two industry-recognised certifications (one relevant to the role) + 8 years recent ICT experience
